Zach & Charles (training, but already quite knowledgeable) did a fantastic job! They walked us through the whole process, cleaned our air ducts, dryer vent, furnace blower, and A/C coil & compressor quickly and efficiently. They used shoe covers and corner bumpers to protect our house, showed us before and after photos, and cleaned up all of the dust and debris afterwards. It was easy to determine that Apex was far and away the best duct cleaning business in Boise and that’s exactly what we received. Exceptional service. Great price. Without any real interruption in our lives. What I couldn’t have expected was how our technician, Charles, was even more exceptional. Super knowledgeable. Totally honest. Extremely efficient worker. And also one of the nicest guys we’ve ever encountered in a service atmosphere. Even our dogs loved him. Together Apex & Charles exceeded our expectations. ... read more

Tim and Jack did an outstanding job cleaning the ductwork in our home. They were professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about providing excellent service. We really appreciated their attention to detail and highly recommend Tim and Jack to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned. Thank you for a job well done!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Customer service at the company was outstanding and Duke, our technician, was just amazing. He was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the quality of air in our home. He answered all our questions without talking down to us and only offered services he believed would help our family without being a pushy salesman, which was extra important for us since we just moved into a new rental. So impressed! If my vents weren’t already clean I would book another!
