I had a wonderful experience with this company. I got a wonderful deal, in which it was $59 for a duct cleaning, anything under ten vents. Wow! My home was built in the nineties, and I could not believe the amount of debris found in my ducts. Now I can understand the amount of legos that were found, however, there were some wood pieces in there from the nineteen hundreds, as my kids would say LOL Thank you for a lovely experience & when I move into my next home, I will most definitely be giving you guys a call again.
I had a member of Apex Clean Air come. The technician immediately wanted to see my furnace. I told him I wanted to discuss the special. He again said, he needed to see my furnace. After looking at my furnace he told me it would be $600.00 plus $79.00 to clean my vents. He cleaned my vents, but refused to clean the cover of the return vent. The technician also did not put my things that he moved back. I will never use them again.
