We had a great experience with Apex Clean Air! They did a thorough job cleaning and sanitizing our vents, and also included dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. Zack was the technician who came out—he was kind, punctual, and very professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and completed the work right on schedule. Hands down the best experience as a first time customer. Joe the HVAC tech was very educated, explanatory and kind, and same goes for the owner of the company ! The difference it makes to have your vents cleaned and the scary stuff you see come out them! I can’t believe my family was breathing that air. We feel so much better now with fresh cleaned vents. Zack was very professional and knowledgeable. We had all vents cleaned and dryer vent cleaned for free. We also opted in for sanitizing all the vents which didnt take long.Pictures of vents before and after cleaning helped a lot. Zack was polite and punctual. Got his work done in estimated time. Amazing technician and John is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Very attentive and helpful. Just overall an amazing company to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND air purification for your home. I am very pleased with the work completed on our vent system. I feel Zach and Mike were very pleasant, informative and personable. I appreciated the thorough assessment of the system right off the bat; and questions were answered readily. An estimate was given with the understanding that things could change depending on the progression of the process Apex follows.
