01/24/25 I had the pleasure of Johnathan servicing my home. He was very professional and showed the outcomes of each vent after. He offered some of new devices that would help keep our air cleaner and went all the way to his boss to get us the perfect price, but timing was off on our end. We are so glad we got our HVAC inspection and duct cleaning done by Apex. Jonathan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. Bacteria was unfortunately discovered in our system. He went over all the options and came back the next day after his regular work hours to install the purifier that would not only kill the bacteria, but also improve our home's air quality and cleanliness. I would 100% recommend this company. If you're in CO Springs, ask for Johnathan.
Tal was fantastic! He was right on time, took pictures to show us what needed to be done with our dryer clog, educated us on the options and took care of it quickly. He was very professional, nice and thorough. He was also was willing to come back and do our gutters, on the same day!! That was incredible and we are very thankful! I have put a reminder in my calendar to make sure I use them every year. No one else has been this good!
**UPDATED** The company contacted us and explained the reason for rescheduling last minute. HARLAN then came out to our house within a few days of calling and checked our events for us, which he told us did not need cleaning so he provided us with a complementary sanitization of our vents. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. They advertised a $49 cleaning special and so we scheduled an appointment to have it done. Apex Clean Air is a very dependable HVAC company! Their ongoing communication prior to our appointment was excellent. The technician, Blake, was on time, very efficient and highly knowledgeable with regard to HVAC systems and maintenance. He explained everything he was doing while in the process and showed us pictures he took of our ducts throughout the house. He was also extremely friendly and polite! We highly recommend this company and appreciate the value of their coupons.
