01/24/25 I had the pleasure of Johnathan servicing my home. He was very professional and showed the outcomes of each vent after. He offered some of new devices that would help keep our air cleaner and went all the way to his boss to get us the perfect price, but timing was off on our end. Harlen John's was an excellent technician!!! He was very thorough, kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable!! He kept me informed and educated on all he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service on your AC unit or your air ducts cleaned.
We had APEX out to clean the vents. Charlie, the tech who did the work was awesome. He was careful to explain the process and kept us informed as he did a whole house vent clean out. He also noticed another issue that required an immediate fix, and took care of that as well. All in all, this was an exceptional experience, start to finish, and I will use and refer APEX again for any HVAC work at my home. I felt that I had a quality job at a very reasonable price, thanks to Charlie & Tyler!!
So while I could not get my ducts cleaned, the tech was great. Explained that we had flex air ducts not hard metal. Was thorough in his explanation of why and risks to the duct work if we proceeded. I appreciated his honesty and taking the time to educate me further on recommended maintenance moving forward.
We are so glad we got our HVAC inspection and duct cleaning done by Apex. Jonathan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. Bacteria was unfortunately discovered in our system. He went over all the options and came back the next day after his regular work hours to install the purifier that would not only kill the bacteria, but also improve our home's air quality and cleanliness. I would 100% recommend this company. If you're in CO Springs, ask for Johnathan.
