Our technician did an amazing job. We called them to get our vents cleaned as we were having airflow issues upstairs in our babies room. During the process our technician saw that our system was full of debris. We agreed to have him clean all of our major components and WOW what a difference that made. Scam. Tried to tell me I needed over 4,000 in repairs updates. Showed me photos taken of unit in my crawl space of mold and damaged parts. ALL A LIE. my regular HVAC contractor came over and did a complete inspection. No mold, no damage found. Apex charged me to clean the ducts and did nothing.
