I had a lovely experience with Jonathan Pendley, who came and quoted me for a job. He explained what had happened and how I can help prevent future issues. I didn’t end up going with the quote, however he was lovely to work with and very understanding.
We’ve used beehive plumbing twice now and had a great experience both times. They are very prompt and show up in the time frame given, always polite and professional, and pricing is fair. We will definitely be calling beehive plumbing for all future plumbing issues.
Matt is a miracle worker. He solved our problem and took money off the final total by realizing he didn't need to compete a step. He is the first service gentleman that did this for me. Matt is very professional. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. For the time he was here he focused on the task on hand.
