We had a great experience. They dropped and picked up as scheduled, had know hidden cost, and were responsive when we had questions. We will rent from them again on our next remodel project!
Friendly over the phone, dumpster arrived within hours, placed it where directed and picked up on schedule. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Helpful, friendly, informative, courteous, timely, respectful, put it exactly where I wanted it, excellent experience all around! Actually got to speak with a person which is important to me! Customer service is fantastic! They made everything easy! I highly recommend Direct Dumpsters!!! And I would absolutely use them again if I need to in the future!
