It was Saturday morning at 8am and when I turned the water on nothing came out. I did some basic checks and found the pressure switch engaged. Tripped it and the pump just let out a short hum. I knew the well pump had gone bad. I did a on line search and called a few companies and got voice mail. Eaton was the first to call back and by noon the same day we had a new pump and water again. The service experience was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

They came ruined my rug. Dirt all over my cabinets and walls. The pressure isn't any better. Then the worst part charged us 700.00 more than estimate. What good is a price if you don't honor the price you gave.

Had two floods in 5.5 years in our basement, both due to power outages. Have had approximately five floods down there within the past few months. The change was a failure on old equipment and the replacement pumps being wholly inadequate to do the same job the previous equipment had no problem with until they died.
