We worked with Garber Electric on an unusual job. From beginning to end of the project they were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with an electrical contractor. I highly recommend them.
Garber Electric van was driving erratically in Westerville speeding and getting really close to other drivers going the speed limit. Road rage while driving in a branded van is probably the most inbred brain move I've ever witnessed.
It is great working with Garber Connect as the 24 hour monitoring and service company for the fire alarm system at one of the condo association properties I manage. Jeremy Schaffer, who responds to emergency needs and provide explanations of issues along with the necessary remedies performed, is very knowledgeable and professional.
These techs will always finger point to everyone else even when 100% of the time the issue has been theirs to support. We have them supporting our company's phones. Not only will you get tons of push-back, but they follow the micro-manage habits of calling tech support - they blame everything on your antivirus and send you off to McAfee for issues that McAfee would have no ability to address/fix.
