Had a good experience with Apex installing a heat pump with ductless headers. Sales guy Seth was knowledgeable and explained things well. He worked with me through some various options. The install guys, Michael and Alexis, were fantastic. They nailed a tricky install in our finished attic. They also worked with me to install a header around a built in cat tower, which I’d previously expected to remove. Very Reliable company!! Went over and beyond... Ducts look amazing and the airflow is a lot better. I got the full service and had everything, including the unit, cleaned out. All the dirt in our vents, on the unit caked up on the blower alone was well worth the service & cost, especially with 2 of my children being severely asthmatic!!! The quality of air flow through my vents is a lot better and cleaner smelling when on. UPDATE: Britny from customer service reached out and was very helpful and offered to send out one of their best guys to re-clean the ducts. Frank came out and did a much more thorough job. He pulled out multiple large items with his bare hands that had been missed by the first cleaning. He then proceeded to re-clean all ducts. I included a few more before and after photos that show how much was missed on the first cleaning that Frank was able to fix. Mike and Liam were very thorough worked within my budget and were professional and friendly. I appreciated their insight and explained everything before starting. I will definitely use them again! Apex in Denver is truly a great company. We’ve used them for several services including duct cleaning, HVAC repairs and eventually a brand new HVAC system. When we had to get a new system after some recent cleaning and repairs, the general manager, Jeremiah, gave us a credit on the new system and called me to talk through options.
