Apex clean air , came out and cleaned my vents , my ac and furnace where very old , so they sent a salesman out and what a great experience they saved me so much money , I got a heat pump system which is hi efficiency for around the same price I would pay for a normal system. The installation was great and looks amazing. I will recommend them to everyone, they truly care about their clients ! JW
I hired Apex after finding a coupon in my monthly ValPak coupons mail for a 49$ vent cleaning. The tech they sent did a great job explaining the process and cleaning my vents that he could reach. But before cleaning, he tried to push some additional services and products on me. We had Apex come out to clean our ducts and return vents. They showed us photos of what was in the ductwork, and it was gross! We had originally considered having the disinfectant sprayed inside the ductwork but decided that the HALO-LED purifier was a better deal in the long run than the disinfectant since we could go longer before needing to have the vents cleaned again. I've had excellent experience with APEX. We first had them come out for duct cleaning & tune up through a groupon deal. Andy did a check over the HVAC system and took as much time as I needed explaining the health status of my furnace. For the duct cleaning, Andy did a top tier quality job. He took lots of pictures of the vents showing the before / after of the cleaning he was doing. We have worked with them in the past and they were able to keep our business on the new AC / heat pump installation. They are thorough and honest in giving us the information. Tyler and Mason were great from start to finish. They came out and did a fantastic job cleaning out our vents and gave us a good deal on replacing our ac and furnace. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, showed us tons of pictures of the furnace in the crawl space and all the cracks that warranted replacement. They offer a great warranty, top of the line equipment, and Tyler and Mason were incredibly professional the whole time. Highly suggest Apex and will update once the work is all done
Apex was easy to work with right from the start. They returned my call to set up an appointment, and were very prompt and respectful. The technician, Travis, was very courteous and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly. The quality of work was great, and the price was very reasonable. They honored the coupons from their website, which made it even more affordable. I highly recommend Apex for vent cleaning and sanitization.
