We had first contacted this company to have our vents cleaned and sanitized. Mason came and did a fantastic job and we knew we could rely on him for our AC tune up for the coming warmer days. When we contacted them, their response was quick and efficient! I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Dustin S, from Apex clean air, and could not have been happier with the services we received. Dustin was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He went into dept in explaining what needed to be done, and how he would do it, as well as how it would benefit us as a family. Called for routine maintenance of my five-year-old perfectly working system. Not only did the two service men not check or attempt to fill mini split system coolant nor provide a filter for system under the "performance check" ... I was given a laundry list of things that they suggested to be replaced. Called a competitor for a repeat maintenance check up and was given a far difference outlook on my system. Unfortunately, I must update my positive review to include a recent and disappointing experience I encountered with Apex. After initially contacting them to schedule an estimate to replace my A/C system (unaware they offered services beyond duct cleaning), I met with Seth. He provided multiple quotes and even matched a competitor's offer. Though I appreciated the options, I needed time to consider as I was still shopping around. the tech that came at our house was only busy with selling us services valued at 2 thousand dollars. no matter what we chose or what we said the cost was 2k and we had to say no several times and just ended up with a few vents cleaned for 500usd

We got a new furnace installed on January 6, 2025 and today (February 18, 2025) is the 4th time our brand new heater has stopped working. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service guys but how can a company have something brand new break this many times without ordering a new one or offering a refund? They got my ducts clean but was supposed to include the cleaning of my dryer vent as well. I did not follow the guy around and assumed he had done it, but later found out, it was not done. How do I know, because I checked the vent from the outside and it was lined with about 20' of birds nests. I called / emailed Apex to let them know that this service was not performed but they never even bothered to call me back so won't be using them again and I recommend that others also go elsewhere. Worst company I've ever dealt with. From no-show appointments, to showing up without the proper tools, to telling me they rescheduled and then they didn't, to showing up an hour and fifteen minutes late, to not providing me with before and after pictures as promised - in the end it seems all is well, but you're better off finding someone else. And yes - they are trained to try and upsell you on anything and everything...

They really just want to sell other products and the actual service of cleaning is bad. They promise you pictures and they don't deliver them, then you ask for them and they blame the person who "cleaned the vents". They did such a bad bad job on cleaning my drier vent that they clogged it, he had to come back and came AGAIN with out proper equipment after rescheduling. Had to provide him a ladder to do the work and he actually spent the time cleaning it because I was watching him. Don't trust this place to do a good job... read more
