Tyler and Mason were great from start to finish. They came out and did a fantastic job cleaning out our vents and gave us a good deal on replacing our ac and furnace. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, showed us tons of pictures of the furnace in the crawl space and all the cracks that warranted replacement. They offer a great warranty, top of the line equipment, and Tyler and Mason were incredibly professional the whole time. Highly suggest Apex and will update once the work is all done

Apex was easy to work with right from the start. They returned my call to set up an appointment, and were very prompt and respectful. The technician, Travis, was very courteous and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly. The quality of work was great, and the price was very reasonable. They honored the coupons from their website, which made it even more affordable. I highly recommend Apex for vent cleaning and sanitization.

I found this company through Groupon. After reading various reviews, I knew the $49 was just a way to get in the door and that I was going to be paying more. I had the pleasure of working with Nate today and my experience with him just blew me away! I told him my concerns/what I wanted to get done as well as my budget. We had first contacted this company to have our vents cleaned and sanitized. Mason came and did a fantastic job and we knew we could rely on him for our AC tune up for the coming warmer days. When we contacted them, their response was quick and efficient! I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Dustin S, from Apex clean air, and could not have been happier with the services we received. Dustin was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He went into dept in explaining what needed to be done, and how he would do it, as well as how it would benefit us as a family. We used a Groupon for duct cleaning, and had to wait a month for our appointment, which was canceled the day before. We were able to be seen last minute, which we were (at the time) grateful for. When the technician arrived, he attempted to upsell us on a new air filter and a disinfecting spray. We declined and he got to work. I recently hired APEX Clean Air for a full residential vent cleaning. While the overall cleaning results were satisfactory, my experience was significantly diminished due to how an incident involving property damage was handled. During the basement portion of the cleaning, one of my personal items (valued at approximately $200) was damaged. I paid $1,900 for a service that I could off done myself, and the guy who did the work told me that he fixed something that I had fixed already, they came to my house three times and still didn't do the job right, don't waste your money with this company, a complete rip off.

They rescheduled 3 times, plus one time where the technician showed up at the wrong date. Their customer service is incapable of apologizing for the inconvenience they cause. Also, they offer free services for google reviews so that's why they have so many 5 star reviews.
