I used these folks to install a Ruud furnace and air conditioner. The furnace and air conditioner works well. Their service is horrible. They came back several times to "finish the job." Today was the last visit. They charged the system and installed a lifelong filter. Today's technician did a good job, treated me with curtesy, but the rest of the crew treated me with total disregard. It took only a half of year to finish the job!
