Used a $39 furnace 21 point tuneup coupon. When the tech was finished, there wasn't any checklist, readings, or report. I didn't see him clean anything. However, he did use a sensitive gas leak detector and claimed to have found several gas leaks, including a leak in the furnace gas valve. Hmmm...I can't smell anything and no tech has ever mentioned it before, but OK I'll do a bubble test. the tech was double booked and arrived at my home 5 hours late for cleaning. Owner said he would compensate for the inconvenience of taking off work. after three weeks and multiple phone calls, I received a $10 check in the mail. Not my kind of customer service from a business. will not recommend or use in the future.
