I just moved into a new build and noticed lots of construction debris in my vents. I bought a Groupon deal but called first to see what my total cost would be to do my whole house. I was told $140 more than the Groupon deal. I set up an appointment and when the kid came in and looked around he said it would cost $330. Scott, you haven't responded to my calls and you haven't responded to my attorney's correspondence. Your product claims are grossly misrepresented. I will now pursue matters with the BBB, Consumer Protection, and most likely Small Claims Court. I was not able to be around when they left my home. When I returned I opened my vent and I saw debris immediately in view. I called back and they offered to have a tech return back to my home. We set an appointment to return and then they no showed that appointment.
Scheduled a routine vent and return cleaning for $50 with a groupon. Tech showed up on time, was very respectful, and then conveniently found mold "growing in our vents." Quoted at over $1000 to fix that day. 10 minutes into the treatment, we felt fishy about the information we were given, (knowing that in Utah, mold is EXTREMELY rare and that it is definitely a conflict of interest to have the same company clean and disinfect,) and we asked them to stop the treatment.
