Moved into a 15 year old house that had never had the air ducts cleaned. The technician, Remington, came on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I saw a lot of dust and construction debris get pulled out of our vents. I was amazed at how much was in there. Remington did an excellent job cleaning our vents and answered all of my questions! I feel much better about the air we are breathing. Very satisfied with their service.
Jake (interestingly, NOT from State Farm) came out and cleaned the vents in my house today. He showed up right in the appointment window, came fully armed for the job, and showed several colonies -- hell, brigades -- of dust and debris who's boss. He then gave me a complete rundown on the status of various components HVAC related, and went above and beyond with an emergency duct repair. I can only assume that the company he represents is just as professional, courteous and above-board as he was. Thanks, Jake and APEX!
