I had my suspicions, because Apex was less expensive than the other options, but they knocked it out of the park. Good communication, clear explanations, thorough cleanliness, so polite, they followed up for all our questions... Even the subcontractors were smooth!

They were able to reschedule me on the same day after my original appointment was cancelled

The tech was great. Gave clear information, was quick and efficient. The upgrade information was not invasive nor pushy. The problem came when the new vent came and I am expected to install it myself. I got email responses on resources to help me figure it out, but no offer to come and install it. I had a broken wrist when the tech came so . . . the new vent is sitting by the furnace waiting for me to figure it out. Again, the tech was great, but I will not be using them again.

We noticed the air in our laundry hallway would get really humid every time we ran the dryer so we called Apex (got a mail ad) and are happy we did so. The technician was professional and kind, the price right, and it all just went really smoothly. They didn't try to upsell us a bunch and the air is no longer humid when we run the dryer so the work was definitely done right.
