Had a great experience with Jeff cleaning our ducts! Professional, quick but thorough, explained things well, didn't pressure the "upsell." So glad we got this done. Full disclosure they asked us to leave an honest review in exchange for a discount, but I would have left a five star review regardless.

We noticed the air in our laundry hallway would get really humid every time we ran the dryer so we called Apex (got a mail ad) and are happy we did so. The technician was professional and kind, the price right, and it all just went really smoothly. They didn't try to upsell us a bunch and the air is no longer humid when we run the dryer so the work was definitely done right.

Apex customer for a year dating back to when our heat went out. Very quick response and great customer service. We needed a new electrostatic filter, called the office, and Mike E said he would get one on the road immediately. He and Apex offer great customer service and would strongly recommend to anyone in need of service.

I would highly recommend Apex to clean your ducts & vents. Our house had been a rental for the past decade, and Taylor did an amazing cleaning the ducts & vents, as well as servicing our furnace. He showed up promptly, walked us through his process, and explained every step along the way. He busted his butt all day, and was very personable. He shared before and after pictures, which were amazing. I cannot believe we didn't do this sooner! We may have been upsold on a few things, but felt necessary given the state of the hous... read more

John was the technician who came and he did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. He even took pictures of each vent and different parts of the furnace. Great service and now I get to enjoy clean air.
John Jameson was the technician that came to my house. He was thorough, and did an amazing job. During the 4'ish hours that he was here, he would stop to show me how much debris and dog hair was in our vents, explaining how it impacted the horrible air flow we have. Per the Groupon that we used, the service included one return, 12 registers and the dryer. We have two returns, 16 registers, and more vent work, which cost me an additional $300.
