John Jameson was the technician that came to my house. He was thorough, and did an amazing job. During the 4'ish hours that he was here, he would stop to show me how much debris and dog hair was in our vents, explaining how it impacted the horrible air flow we have. Per the Groupon that we used, the service included one return, 12 registers and the dryer. We have two returns, 16 registers, and more vent work, which cost me an additional $300. Easton Moyers was the service provider for the air duct cleaning. He was on time and did a great job cleaning the air ducts. We have indoor animals and he was respectful of them which we appreciate. He explained what he was going to do, took before and after photos and did a walk through at the end. I would recommend this company. Thanks for hiring great employees!

We recently purchased a new house and wanted to get the air ducts cleaned. We hired Apex Clean Air and are very pleased with the service we received. Isaac called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived on time, took care to put down floor coverings, and removed his shoes. He went through the house and inspected each vent. Our furnace is rather old and Isaac inspected that as well and gave us tips on better filters we could use and general information about upkeep. We had John and Easton clean our vents. They were both very friendly and took time to explain everything they were doing. The were very easy to have in our home. They wore shoe covers, were protective of the painted corners and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and took about 4 hours for the complete service. They cleaned and sanitized our vents and returns, added an electrostatic furnace filter and added the REME Halo air purification system. They explained the exact cost of each additional service. I was apprehensive about the $49 deal assuming it would be a come-on to add expensive options. Not at all. John delivered as promised! Clean air is especially important to me since I have major COPD. I'm giving serious consideration to add a purifier he recommended but he didn't pressure me at all.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Took pictures of everything and showed the work performed, would definitely use Apex again and highly recommend. They did have to reschedule us a few times, but overall great service!
