Apex customer for a year dating back to when our heat went out. Very quick response and great customer service. We needed a new electrostatic filter, called the office, and Mike E said he would get one on the road immediately. He and Apex offer great customer service and would strongly recommend to anyone in need of service.
I would highly recommend Apex to clean your ducts & vents. Our house had been a rental for the past decade, and Taylor did an amazing cleaning the ducts & vents, as well as servicing our furnace. He showed up promptly, walked us through his process, and explained every step along the way. He busted his butt all day, and was very personable. He shared before and after pictures, which were amazing. I cannot believe we didn't do this sooner! John was the technician who came and he did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. He even took pictures of each vent and different parts of the furnace. Great service and now I get to enjoy clean air.

Easton Moyers was the service provider for the air duct cleaning. He was on time and did a great job cleaning the air ducts. We have indoor animals and he was respectful of them which we appreciate. He explained what he was going to do, took before and after photos and did a walk through at the end. I would recommend this company. Thanks for hiring great employees!

We recently purchased a new house and wanted to get the air ducts cleaned. We hired Apex Clean Air and are very pleased with the service we received. Isaac called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived on time, took care to put down floor coverings, and removed his shoes. He went through the house and inspected each vent. Our furnace is rather old and Isaac inspected that as well and gave us tips on better filters we could use and general information about upkeep.
