We scheduled a 10:00 am vent cleaning at our home. About 10 minutes before the appointed time we were called and told that they were having problems with their truck and could they reschedule to a 1:00 pm time frame, which we agreed to. At about 30 minutes before 1:00 pm we got a phone call from Josh Ferrin stating that he was on his way and would be here shortly. The tech was amazing! He was so kind and handle my animals so well! He was punctual and he worked in a great amount of time. He didn't try to upswell anything. He explained everything so well- and for someone who knows nothing about air counting or ventilation-felt so comfortable with him cleaning my vents. Would recommend to anyone!
