Apex Clean Air is an excellent firm. Our technicians, Eric and Caleb were of the upmost integrity and experience. We felt they truly were looking out for our best needs. Even though they are saying we only need this service every 5-7 years, I would entertain having it done sooner solely for the health factors and ease of mind. I just bought a new home but have been sick ever since moving in. I decided to get the vents cleaned to see if that would help as I could see debris in a few of them. Ty was the tech that came to service my furnace today. It was a yearly tune up, and Ty was thorough in this process, He was courteous to take the time to explain his findings and recommendation. Apex is a company I have called upon many times for HVAC tune ups and general maintenance . I trust their professionalism and comprehensive training. The best people to work with. The owner actually cares about what he's doing. I see a lot of negative about their advertisement but every house is different and of course things vary. The price, service, and quality turned out great.

Reasonably priced. Techs are told to sell so expect to be told your health is in dire need of the greatest and latest. Got a nice coupon for vent cleaning, got upsold HVAC blower and AC coils cleaned up(to be fair, we kinda needed it). Great customer service and knowledgeable tech. Won't give 5 stars because tech said applying for financing wouldn't hit my credit. The credit alerts stating a hard check say otherwise. Got an unwanted line of credit out of this.
