Best duct cleaning experience ever! So happy to be able to breathe better in our home! Freddie our tech called ahead of time to make sure I would be home and arrived right when he said he would. Very nice and great to work with. He explained everything he was going to do and did a complete walk through with me. Showed me before and after pictures when he was done and explained everything that he found. You won’t be disappointed using this company!!
Freddie Granado for Apex just finished cleaning our heating system and he did a great job. His's very friendly and professional. I recommend him for all of heating and air system cleaning.
APEX and I had a bit of a rough start. After two unsuccessful vent cleaning trips and a misunderstanding with the amount billed, the owner called me and was very professional. He sent one of his best technicians out to finish the job, who will be coming back in a couple weeks to use his heavy duty equipment. John came today to clean my vents and was probably the nicest guy I ever met. Super awesome/thorough cleaning and peace of mine now I’ve got a special vent that means no more landfill waste and taking time to go find “the right size” at a store. Thanks Apex!
John was very kind, professional, and made sure to do a thorough job. He definitely takes pride in his work and has great knowledge of what he does. I have severe allergies, so I’m grateful to have my home healthier and cleaner. Minor hiccups were quickly and earnestly addressed by management. I'll be calling them for future needs!
