We bought a groupon and Austin McWilliams exceeded our expectations in a huge way. He did what we ordered and went the extra mile to get extra lint out of our dryer vent. I highly recommend Apex Clean Air and expecially Austin. They deliver a better service than anyone else I have used previously.

Great experience! They came when they were scheduled. The technicians were Travis and Antoine. Both of them were incredibly friendly and respectful. They did a very thorough cleaning of our ducts, and we could tell the difference in the air quality the next day. I did not have any issues with reaching them. An intake agent answered immediately when I called to make an appointment.

We purchased an AC from Apex approximately two years ago. Tomorrow we will have to call an HVAC repairman for the 5th time as our AC has gone out again. In St. George, during the summer, this is totally unacceptable. My advice to prospective buyers from Apex Air: DON'T!

Our HVAC system is old yet well maintained. We usually have Duct Works clean our ducts but decided to give Apex a try since the reviews were outstanding and so was the price. Unfortunately, since having the $49 special, we now have no cold air coming out of the vents! Management called to apologize and said a technician would "give us a courtesy visit to resolve the issue". What we got instead was a snarky guy named Jonathan, who was only interested in selling us a new unit instead of correcting the job. For duct cleaning, ... read more

Hook and bait like a car dealership then up charge you so hard. Don't fall for any of their scam advertisements you will be highly pressured and end up paying way more for services you were not expecting. I do not recommend this business

Their $49 coupon isn't really much of deal at all. It covers 10 vents, 1 air intake. In our case we had 14 vents and 3 intakes. The total came to $269, meaning that the first vents cost $4.90 each and the last 4 cost $55.00 each. Like others mentioned they spent most of their time pitching upgrades for $1,089 to over $2,500. They could have made that presentation in a few minutes instead of droning on for 30+ minutes even though we made it very clear upfront that we weren't interested in upgrades. My preference would be to... read more

When I saw the ad for "Only $49", I could only think of the old saying if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This is the case with Apex Clean Air. The technician came to my house and did his inspection. Immediately he attempted to upsell me saying that I should have a UV sanitizer installed to help with mold. Having a hunch that I was not going to get away with a $49 air vent cleaning job, I stopped him when he was at $399 and asked him to leave.  I should have checked the Yelp reviews as they are mostly 1... read more
