The technician, Danny, came out to my house to clean the vents. He was very professional and very nice. He went out of his way not to disturb the house the best he could while he did his job. I would recommend this company in the future.
The company did re contact me and that they cared about negative feedback and wanted me to reconsider, that the experience wasn't typical. The new tech was very good and easy to work with.

Overall I am happy with the service. However, I used a groupon and thought I was getting a thorough cleaning but found out I was not. Then the BIG upsell came. Tech was nice but he got a bit distant when I only chose the $90 upsell (ouch) vs. $600. They did a good job but read the fine print about what you are getting and hold on to your hat for the upsell.

Thorough, efficient and accommodating. Had to adjust our appointment time last minute and they were very flexible for us. Lorin showed up on time and was very cautious about our carpet, walls and vents. He was thorough, friendly and professional. Overall process went very well and with the mailer coupon, we felt that it was a great deal. Thanks!

We bought a groupon and Austin McWilliams exceeded our expectations in a huge way. He did what we ordered and went the extra mile to get extra lint out of our dryer vent. I highly recommend Apex Clean Air and expecially Austin. They deliver a better service than anyone else I have used previously.
