Knowing nothing about duct cleaning, I figured $49 was a decent price for a maintenance service. When the tech got there, it turns out the separately-priced vents above the small number in the coupon means my 2000 sq. ft. average house will cost $500. I've never been so immediately disgusted by a company's bait and switch tactics. Even twice the coupon price would've been in the ballpark. RecommendedSuffer from allergies? What we breath from dirty bacteria in our vents goes directly into our internal vents (our lungs). I went to a expo of HomeShow where they had a special. Found it to be a fair price for the advertisement given. So I went ahead a contacted them; didn’t have a problem contacting them, scheduling wasn’t hard at all, but when it came to the actual visit the job was done poorly. He did arrive on time, very nice fellow but when it came to cleaning out my vents. He still needed three to clean and didn’t clean them, cleaned the rest of the vents poorly. If I could give this company zero stars I would. First, after waiting several weeks for my initial appointment, they called (after they were supposed to be here) to reschedule. This was extremely frustrating. I waited another 3 weeks for my second appointment. I again got a call, after the hour window, telling me that the technician was late due to a flat tire. I'm giving them a fair rating because I do have clean vents. Their follow up and follow through is not good at all. We ordered a filter cover for our account condenser and when we got it 3 weeks later (was told it would only take 2-3 days) it was the wrong size. We have contacted John a number of times got a response or two. Now nothing. Now we are out $100 I think we got FILTERED..

The person that came seemed efficient and knowledgeable, they cleaned my furnace and AC which was needed but the was no parts or material needed and they charged $477.00. Being they were here a little less then 2 hours that works out to approx. $240.00 to $250.00 an hour!!!!
Our service technician was 4 hours late! We organized our whole day around the time frame they gave us. Highly disappointed in this. They only took 25 dollars off our bill. Not sure I would recommend. Didn’t have the greatest experience.
