I asked the office if they could install a gas valve I had purchased. I told them I wasn't expecting a warranty or that replacement of the valve would necessarily fix the problem of the furnace not cycling on. I was told that it would be no problem and they would charge me hourly to do so without any warranty of course. They were out a week and it was cold but I got on their list for repair. 1. 1. Technician arrived over an hour late. 2. Technician repeatedly told me I did not have to wear my mask as this was my house. Let customers decide if they wish to wear masks. I also do not feel he respected 6 ft of social distancing. 3. Technician attempted to hard sell me on a new furnace and an additional $200 worth of services. Same as everyone else, we had a $50 coupon and they upsold up HARD. As far as I know the tech did a good job, and he was friendly. But when he went over the price with us and it came to $413 I said "that's way more than I expected to pay." And he said "oh, really?" Like he was surprised. I don't mind paying for good services, but it's very clearly a bait and switch tactic and for that alone I give 1 star.

Got a $49.00 coupon in the mail for 10 vents and a main. Basically after the tech finished with my "analysis", I needed $1900.00 worth of cleaning and UV lights and washable filters and holes cut in my trunk lines all for the piggybacked coupon cost of $1599.00. This cost reduction was after he called his office manager to see what an amazing deal he could get for me. I seriously felt like I was buying a car.
