Reasonably priced. Techs are told to sell so expect to be told your health is in dire need of the greatest and latest. Got a nice coupon for vent cleaning, got upsold HVAC blower and AC coils cleaned up(to be fair, we kinda needed it). Great customer service and knowledgeable tech. Won't give 5 stars because tech said applying for financing wouldn't hit my credit. The credit alerts stating a hard check say otherwise. Got an unwanted line of credit out of this.

We had a small house fire downstairs and we asked to get on the urgent service list with Apex clean air. We wanted to see if cleaning the vents would help with the smoke smell. We got a text saying they had an opening the next day. I responded "yes!", and the lady said I was on the schedule. When Apex didn't show up within the allotted window that they had given me, I called them. They admitted they had made a scheduling mistake. They IMMEDIATELY sent a tech out to do our service. Invited me to an interview, interview seemed to go super well and smooth. Had a good conversation with Travis and he referred me to move onto a second interview with the owner of Apex. He brought me to meet the owner etc. They said they would reach out regarding the second interview within the week. I never heard anything so I decided to reach out to Travis a few times and was left on seen every time. I don't mind not getting the job but a response would have been professional and adequate. Along with many others, I saw the $49 special advertised online. It said it included 10 vents and one return. I figured I'd give it a shot. I then looked online and saw a lot of poor reviews about upselling and people not getting the special. So when they called me to schedule the appointment I was very clear with the woman on the line , who was very nice, that I only intended to take advantage of the special. She said there was no issue with that, but did give me a heads up that the tech that came would give us a qu... read more
