Be aware! I bought a 9x12 rug from this site. I received the rug and there is a large sun bleached spot that is faded in the middle of the rug. I thought it was the lighting in my home until it was still there a night when there were no lights. I feel like I'm stuck with it because returning it will be a huge hassle since i would have to find the material to wrap it up and ship it back. They filter the heck out of their reviews. Shipping took 2 weeks and they do not offer faster shipping. The color of the carpet wasn't exactly the color I thought it would be, low key ruined the color scheme and cost me $100 more than dtla. The only pro is that they have a huge selection of carpets. But due to the shipping and them filtering honest reviews, I can not recommend them nor will I buy from them again.

I ordered three rugs from Esalerugs much to my dissappointment. The rugs immediately started shedding. When I called we were told to vaccum and beat the rug to stop the shedding. I did as advised, which I had already been vacuuming thinking the shedding was because the rug was new. However the shedding continues to get worse. When I called and emailed Esalerugs they told me all they could do was offer me a refund of 35% of my purchase. So now I am out alot of money for three rugs that I cannot use.

Their business practices are a bit "off". I bought a rug online from their website according to the measurements that they put online. It was delivered today and when I laid down the supposed 4x6 rug it was 2" too long for the space that already fit a 4x6 rug pad by another brand so it was crawling up the wall a bit on one side. When turning the rug over it actually stated the rug is 4.1 x 6.1 so had I known that I would not have purchased. Here's where it gets good. I enjoyed browsing their massive collection. I got a really good price for a 8X10 handmade Kazak rug. I received it on time along with very courteous customer service ( Thanks Jo Ann). I will be buying more in the future. Update: It was all good until I unpacked the rug and found out that the rug was clearly a restored rug, not a "brand new" rug as they have advertised. I want to buy 2 rugs + 2 high quality rug pads from this company. I have a question and have called 3 times, each time getting a voice mail and each time leaving a message. No one has returned my call. So I tried emailing them. No response. I really I don't know what to think. Why is no one responding to me? I will NOT be ordering because if there is a problem, obviously no one will speak with me to resolve it. All very strange Why put the phone number and the email address on the website if no one responds?
