I purchased a rug here and have had a case in for 2 days, I have yet to hear back. I also have now been on hold for 15mins with their customer service department.

These rugs are incredibly cheap prints on foam. Not at all what is pictured. Dont waste your money.

Received rug on time but with no rug pad. Then looking at reviews I noticed someone else wrote that pad ships separately. Poor management on company for not stating this when ordering. I still e-mailed company stating I received no rug pad with this order. Rug is beautiful but I doubt I will order from company again.

Do not buy from them. Rug received is defective. I spent $350.00 for it and received bad product. I think it is because of their poor quality control in the packing & shipping dept. I would have returned it if not because of the weigh & size of the rug (8' in diameter).

Ordered an 8 by 10 rug and never received it even though FedEx tracking says it delivered. Called customer service and she basically claimed that I live in Brooklyn and "there is a lot of theft in the area". I ask her to describe the package for me (have you ever tried to lift a 8 by 10 rug??) and she says she doesn't know and loses patience. I call my credit card to file a dispute and the company pushes back with the same FedEx evidence saying rug was delivered. Whole thing is a total mess and basically wasted me $300 dolla... read more

Beware! They do not honor their free return policy. I returned over $500 in rugs and kept some of the rugs I ordered. It is 3/26 and still have not received my refund. Horrible service. I jumped through all of their hoops. I have numerous emails promising a refund and still nothing. I closed my dispute and sent them the letter proving it was closed as they requested. Once I did that they said they still couldn't fix it. What a joke.

Bought a 2.2' X 3' rug from this company. Gave them a review of the rug, and they refused to post it because it did not meet their "standards". I stated that the rug was pretty and worth the sale price, but had hills and valleys that after one week had not flattened. The rug was shipped very tightly rolled, which probably created the problem.

Let me start by stating this is the third Yelp review I've ever made. I only make it to warn customers about this company. We recently purchased an expensive ($1500) persian rug that was listed in excellent condition. The rug arrived and was so musty and foul smelling that my pregnant wife could simply not breathe in our home.
