Absolutely terrible first, and definitely last, experience with eSaleRugs. Seriously, who the hell folds a rug for shipping. I've ordered larger rugs from RugsUSA and Overstock and the rugs were properly rolled for shipping. The RugsUSA and Overstock rugs did not have any creases and nor were the crumpled. My rug has two very distinct creases/crease marks and is crazy crumpled. It just amazes me how eSaleRugs thinks this is acceptable. It's not! eSaleRugs needs to learn from RugsUSA and Overstock. this is a scam. I paid $250 for express shipping for 3 rugs. They have not shipped the pads .No one answers the phone. I can't use the rugs without the pads and the pads are not returnable even though they have not been shipped!! the rugs are cheap, I never should have done business with this outfit.

Do not buy a rug from this company. The quality is terrible. The rug I purchased is extremely stiff and wrinkled. I spent weeks trying to flatten it out, including piling books on it and steaming the rug. It was not only unsightly, it was dangerous to have on the floor because of the rippled, uneven surface. eSaleRugs did communicate with saying they take customer service very seriously. Ordered 2 carpets. One came with damage. Customer service said they would send a replacement and have not seen replacement nor does customer service respond to any emails.

Do not waste your time and money. Rug showed up rolled up and folded in half. Was given instructions how to remove the roll marks and crease down the middle. Followed their instructions, 4 months later the rug still looks like it has been in storage for years. Engaged support, no refund, no exchange, provided them with multiple pictures. No compensation. I literally ordered from them, they send you whatever and if it doesn't work out you're own your own / out the money.

I ordered a rug two months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried emailing customer service, calling, and utilizing the "chat" feature on the website. Never received a response from email, the chat feature only worked once (then disappeared from the website), waited on hold for up to 30 minutes without a response.
