I have purchased multiple times, at least 6 separate orders, from this company and am planning to order again today. Upon googling he website it pulled up yelp reviews so decided to take a look. My experience with this company has always been positive. They have always delivered the rugs within a week, unlike other companies which charge my card and then tell me rug is "on order" and they don't know when it will ship. I ordered a rug and it's actually a little better quality than I thought it would be. I had tried to find the rug elsewhere for less $ but the companies who sell these rugs buy them wholesale so there's many different companies selling the same rug and changeing the "names" of them so that makes it difficult to search. I see a bunch of bad reviews, but I've had the opposite experience. Ordered a 7 x 10, and it arrived in 7 days. It probably could use a pad, but I already have hard lineloum floors, so this was softer. Only thing is the rug looks like 2 different rugs depending on which way you look at it or the sun hits it. My pics are the same rug, just turned around.

I've purchased four rugs over the past couple years and am very pleased with the rugs and the customer service. Delivery was fast ~ arrived within days even on the west coast. I had to return one simply because I didn't like the way it looked in my room. Another time I exchanged one for a different size. In both instances, customer service was very helpful. I'm happy with all the rugs I've purchased and highly recommend this company.

We ordered an 8 x 10 area rug with a beautiful spiral pattern and fringe in navy blue. Item arrived exactly as described and shipping was ultra quick! We ordered on a Saturday and received it the following Wednesday. Confirmation was received immediately with tracking number so there was no feeling of possibly getting scammed as we were a little unsure after reading some of the more negative reviews. Ordered 2 rugs from this company. Was worried that it was too good to be true. It was their summer sale so I picked two rugs that were 60 percent off. I got both rugs for $150. I couldn't be happier. I expected them in like 10 business days, they showed up in 2. They are great quality. Fine fibers, colors exactly as they were on the website.
