This review is 100 percent based on their return. I returned ALL rugs EXACTLY the way they told me and within their time frame. I wrapped them in what I recieved them in. When I recieved my credit for my return, they only returned 60% of my original payment and didnt credit me for a $145 rug that was returned I am SO dissapointed. Never again.

I ordered two rugs at the end of April. They arrived quickly. I have tried for hours and hours to get thru by phone. NO ONE ANSWERS! I have emailed multiple times. NO ONE REPLIES! I spent a lot of money on the rugs and just want to exchange them for another color/pattern. The colors online look much different in person. What in the world? This is horrible service!

Rug was nice but shipped folded. Also, I asked a pretty simple question on their customer service site and still no response over a week later. Poor customer service.

I thought I was going to have a great experience dealing with this co.. I love my rugs, but I am still waiting for more than a month for them to take care of my return. I doubt I will ever see this resolved...My advice don't buy an 8x10 rug online, it may have to be returned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The took my money and never shipped my rug...be forewarned...they do not communicate with you and ignore the emails sent...they have the worst customer service!!! Still trying just to get a response from them...horrible company

Decent cheap rugs, but you get what you pay for. The rug pad, on the other hand, smelled like chemicals (it was some kind of fabric on one side, and 'rubber' or similar on the back). It ex-gased for days to the point where i had to move it from the bedroom outside. Obviously very low quality, and the vendor has no option for as thick a pad in other materials (or no way to explain on the phone what they do have). Just as an update, I did finally receive a FULL credit for the rug I purchased and returned. But I still cannot reccomend this company. Returns are not easy. I had to argue for the full refund. And it took a very long time to receive the credit. However, the main reason is the POOR QUALITY.

I agree with the others who commented about Esalerugs... they do not have a good return policy and their rugs are poor quality. I could have bought a better quality of rug for a fraction of the price at Ross! Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service. I am stuck with a rug that is entirely too light for use. The company did not respond to my request to exchange the rug for a darker color until it was after the 30 day policy to do so. This is a sneaky way to run a business! I would love to return this useless rug all together now. When I purchased this item the return policy clearly stated that returns and exchanges were no problem!
