Purchased a rug online, a week later I didn't hear anything from them on shipping. I call them and they tell me that the item is out of stock when I bought it! So they don't update their website, they take your money, they never tell you the item is out of stock until you call them...then they say will give you $50 to order another rug. To me that is a bad business model. I asked for my money back and will never use this company again.

I purchased one of their rugs just a few weeks ago, at the end of September. The rug is already starting to unravel in 11 places. I reached out to their customer service center and was connected to LaTonya via email. I sent photos confirming the condition of the rug. For the past 2 weeks, we have been going back and forth. Ordered a Heritage rug. Colors were not like the photo on the website. Tried to return the day it was received in the same package it was sent. The return was denied. Representative with costumer service. Said sorry but they will not take it back. I now have a 352.00 9x12 rug I can't use.

horrible! cheap rugs not as advertised and even worse customer service! They will continue to send emails forever even after you request to be removed from any future soliciting! Forget trying to get them to remove you it won't happen!

Rugs.com, EsaleRugs, I believe they are all the same. Share same Fresno, CA address. Ran into problem with online order and not receiving promised discount. Called customer service and they said discounts were dropping in their systems and they thought it might rectify itself in a day. Then in that one day the rug price went up 30%. Bought a small white rug for bedroom. Cheapest quality, like a cut-off piece of cheap carpet. Ends curl up and won't stop. Very thin and sheds, worst rug I ever bought. Don't buy from this company.

If you need to contact them by phone be prepared to wait on hold. I needed to call three times; 1st call 23 minutes, 2nd call 20 minutes, and 3rd call 31 minutes on hold. The people were helpful and had the answers but LONG time to wait- pleas add auto call back. If you can do everything through the website- you should be fine.

Delivery was fast, but It's been 2 months the rug has been off-gassing in another room. Yesterday I moved it into its intended home, my bedroom, but after 2 days and 1 night I cannot stand the chemical smell it is still emitting and have removed it. It gave me a headache and cannot be good for pets who are even closer to it. While attractive enough, and the price was certainly right, what good is a rug I can never use?
