I love the rugs I purchased but would recommend airing them out for a couple of days before putting them in your home. The new carpet smell is pretty intense. They have super fast shipping and the rugs are beautiful..also the price is very reasonable. I would buy from them again.

I have purchased 10 rugs from Esalerugs over the past 9 years. I have been very happy with the excellent quality of their rugs as well as their prices. Their pricing is much more affordable than my local rug merchants in Chicago and Arizona.... and I don't have to haggle, which I don't mind doing... but prefer to not to. It would be helpful if they let you know that rug pads ship separately. I received rug on Friday and won't get pad until Monday. That is disappointing. Had I known that they would arrive three days apart I would have just bought the rug pad somewhere else so I could put it down. Also, when I called customer service on Friday to let them know I hadn't received the pad, I was told that it was on a separate truck and would arrive later Friday. Amazing price, great quality, arrived via FREE SHIPPING within a week and I'm way over in Boise, ID and was shipped from South Carolina. They were easy to call as I had a specific question about the rug I wanted to purchase. I will be using esalerugs in the future and HIGHLY recommend them. If you're not comfortable with ordering site unseen, no worries, as they have a return for FREE policy. I love my rug! Colors are completely accurate too.

I scoured the Internet in order to find a rug which fit my price point, was made out of pet proof synthetic, was of a certain color and a specific size. Bingo!! Esale rugs came to the rescue. My questions were answered immediately. I saw, I asked, I ordered, I'm so pleased!

I bought two runners from esalerugs 2 weeks ago. I had never bought rugs online and was nervous. The reviews were good on the website for sure but to be honest I only bought them because it was the only store I could find that had inexpensive Arts & Crafts/ Art Nouveau patterned rugs (from a wholesale company named Uniqueloom, which seems to have gorgeous rugs - I checked their website). Great prices on quality rugs. We probably have eight rugs from them around our house. Their return policy is also easy. We've had consistently good experiences with them over the years. Highly recommend.
