Buying a rug through esale couldn't get much easier. Their website is easy to search and their selection is unparalleled. Not only do they have a huge inventory but the number of pictures for each individual rug makes it much easier to understand what you're purchasing. By far the best aspect is being able to select several rugs and try them in your home in order to find the one that suits a room best. We've been looking for a rug for over a year, searched all the usual big home stores, and a few small rug stores to no avail. We found a few rugs we "kind of" liked, but most had close to a $1,000 price tag. Then I stumbled on to Esale rugs and I'm so glad I did. The selection is huge! We found the perfect rug for less than $500 for a 7 x 9! It arrived in perfect condition in about a week. I'm thrilled with my purchase!

I had never heard of this company so I was hesitant to order, but I'm so glad I did. Wonderful selection, the quality of the rug we ordered is great and reasonable prices. I placed my order on a Thursday and received both rugs on Saturday. I will definitely order from them again.

I like this online shop and the rugs they sell. Purchased an authentic Persian rug and it is as advertised and its just amazing. Moreover, I am impressed with the customer service and the care they show towards customers. They are very PROFESSIONAL and very Polite. I recommend this store.....

Totally FANTASTIC online retailer! I have purchased from them repeatedly. Their rugs are as advertised and outstanding. Recently I purchased a runner that just "didn't work" in my space. I called to return it and Kelly was fantastic! No hassle whatsoever. Better yet, no long phone tree to trudge through and I was talking to Kelly in less than 30 seconds! AWESOME! Where do I buy stock in this company? !! P.S. I always enter the contest, I hope I win!

Every step of my transaction with esalerugs.com was easy. The shipping was prompt (and free), the quality of the rug was much better than I expected (the pictures on the website are so much more detailed than other sites, I knew precisely what I was getting) and the customer service was beyond excellent. I loved EVERYTHING about my experience with this company. That's why I had to go out of my way to find a way to look them up to review them. My wedding is less than a month away. With all the costs for our wedding and necessary furnishings for our first place together, we are very conscious of costs and budgeting. I ordered a runner from Esale Rugs and I was not pleased with it. I contacted Esales about my concern and I was referred to a customer service rep, Johnny. He responded in a timely manner. He was pleasant and helpful, and he resolved my issue with my complete satisfaction. With his assistance and inspection, he sent me a replacement runner. My expectations of quality customer service and product quality were met and even exceeded. Therefore, I can recommend Esale Rugs highly and I plan to order another rug from them.
