I loved EVERYTHING about my experience with this company. That's why I had to go out of my way to find a way to look them up to review them. My wedding is less than a month away. With all the costs for our wedding and necessary furnishings for our first place together, we are very conscious of costs and budgeting. I ordered a runner from Esale Rugs and I was not pleased with it. I contacted Esales about my concern and I was referred to a customer service rep, Johnny. He responded in a timely manner. He was pleasant and helpful, and he resolved my issue with my complete satisfaction. With his assistance and inspection, he sent me a replacement runner. My expectations of quality customer service and product quality were met and even exceeded. Therefore, I can recommend Esale Rugs highly and I plan to order another rug from them.

I had great service from eSaleRugs. I wasn't looking for anything particularly authentic, I just needed a rug for a reasonable price, and they had a great selection and range of prices. I'm not local to the brick-and-mortar showroom, so I took a chance that they'd be a good e-tailer. I bought four rugs from them with no problems. The fifth one just didn't work for me, so I sent it back, no problem. The site has improved it's display of the rugs. Much better than any of the several sites I have perused to find that perfect rug. Shows the back of the rug close up, and mention stains or imperfections in the details, showing the glitches close up as well. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! I ordered 3 rugs. 2-12 foot runners and 1-9x12 area rug. I called about to verify their return policy prior to purchase. They guarantee 100% refund if you are unhappy. All 3 rugs had factory defects. The rugs were shipped back FED EX. When I got the first return they had deducted $5.15 - supposedly a state tax. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced in quite sometime! The prices are very attractive but make sure EVERYTHING is understood before placing an order. At payment, they said delivery was estimated for the end of the month. Without warning, they moved up shipment by 2 weeks causing me MAJOR problems since the delivery location is not staffed always. I believe in accountability. I am disappointed with esalerugs.com and their customer service. I do not want others to purchase a rug from this company and find themselves in the same situation. I purchased a beautiful outdoor rug in June 2022. However, within a month I noticed that the bottom of my feet were turning blue when I walked on the rug barefoot. Never received items! Had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get them to respond and then only offered a partial refund. Terrible customer service thats been outsourced so they don't understand when you tell them the item never arrived. They keep saying they'll ship it the next day but never do. How would they know anyways? They don't even work in the country. It was 3 weeks before I told them to just stop lying to me and refund my money. I will never buy again. Can't be trusted
