I had great service from eSaleRugs. I wasn't looking for anything particularly authentic, I just needed a rug for a reasonable price, and they had a great selection and range of prices. I'm not local to the brick-and-mortar showroom, so I took a chance that they'd be a good e-tailer. I bought four rugs from them with no problems. The fifth one just didn't work for me, so I sent it back, no problem. The site has improved it's display of the rugs. Much better than any of the several sites I have perused to find that perfect rug. Shows the back of the rug close up, and mention stains or imperfections in the details, showing the glitches close up as well.
