I've ordered 3 rugs from them and have been disappointed in the last two. I ordered an outdoor rug from them this spring and within a WEEK the color was completely faded. It went from terra cotta to yellow. I contacted the company and sent photos and they agreed, but only provided a $50 credit on a $250 rug that literally I'm going to trash because it was to match the patio set and now it doesn't. I don't feel the refund was at all adequate. They said I could roll it up and return it for a partial refund... but how can ... read more

Purchased the solid white 8' x 11' Zermatt Shag Rug. It arrived folded in half and rolled so that it was 5 1/2 feet long. ESaleRugs boasts the carpet as being marked down from over $500 to $189!!! Too good to be true? YUP! This same quality rug can be purchased in Walmart for between $59 and $89. But I did go to Walmart, and its difficult to find a rug with matching poor quality. I just received the two small rugs I ordered. The chemical smell is overwhelming. I sprayed them with Febreeze and that just made it worse. The entire room I put them in reeks. I'm running fans to try and clear out the smell. I vacuumed them and it didn't help. The hassle of packing them up for return is beyond me. I won't order from them again. I will say the colors are nice but nothing makes up for the stink!

I know it's tempting, but DO NOT order from these crooks! I ordered a rug 3 weeks ago, nothing. No shipping info, NO RESPONSE email, NO ANSWER on the phone! I have to preface this with the comment that I am a repeat customer. My first order with esalerugs went very well. I received what I ordered in a timely fashion (rug plus non-slip mat). However, my second order was incomplete. I paid for a mat. The order says it was shipped. It was not. I paid nearly $70 for this mat. I have emailed "customer service" twice (they claim to pride themselves on customer service). All I get is an automatic reply. I have tried calling ("we are open 24/7"). I waited on hold one day for over 45 min... read more

This brand operates under multiple .com .ca domains. Beware. Rug quality is BS and customer service is nonexistent. They don't respond to emails or calls. I'm out $400 now. Don't believe their return policy on the website.

We just had hardwood floors installed throughout our home. Because of this, I have been shopping around for area rugs. I ordered 2, small, shag rugs just to see for myself if the quality was to my satisfaction. The package was delivered today on time, but I only received 1 rug. The 1 rug I did receive is of such low quality that I wouldn't even use it for my dog to sleep on. By far the worst purchase I've made. The material is just thin & cheap feeling. For paying $70 it should be decent. Considering these are suppose to be decent rugs for a decent price . I'd rather spend the extra $30 & get a real made rug . Shame on you ERUGS. & if you're trying to return . GOOD LUCK. No response from email or from calling . Im hugely disappointed in my rug! I just received it & one side has almost zero color! I tried to leave a review on esalerugs but the site wouldn't let me - what a scam! This rug looks like it ran out of ink halfway through creation.
