I recently purchased an 8 by 10 foot rug from Esalerugs and when I opened it up the colors were drastically different than the photo was. The rug looked red on the website and when I opened it up it was actually hot pink. I called customer service and told them the rug was a different color than the photo and asked if I could return it, not even for cash, but just for a credit to their store, to be used on another rug. I purchased a ug on here about a week ago.it came in and we layed it down in the dining room. it had ton of all wrinkles and waves in it and we tried all ways we could to have them settle or go flat with no avail. ..we have bought from esale rugs before with not a problem but will never ever buy another any kind of rug again from this ..co. they did refund the money i payed but now with people coming over and asking why the ...new rug looks so bad and wont lay flat.as a few times i did trip over the spots that are wa... read more

I placed an order on line and my old shipping address came up. I called 6 times so far to assure they have the proper shipping address. I was on hold each time a MINIMUM of 30 before I hung up as NO ONE answered their phones. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pastor Mark Rubinoff

We looked at the Yelp reviews for Esalerugs and ordered 3 large rugs after the reviews were so positive. We expected a email confirmation of our order but none was received. Called their customer service that was so highly reviewed and listened to only music for nearly 15 minutes. Then a recording came on and said to leave our name and number and order number and they would get back to us. That was 2 days ago and no response and still waiting. so my review isn't even about the quality of the rug it was great goes well in the room and didn't have an issue. my problem is with customer service and shipping. I placed an order with two-day shipping but realized that I had clicked the wrong sized rug I called within ten minutes of placing the order spoke with a salesperson and they said no problem we will cancel the order and you can just go ahead and place the order for the correct size. so I did then about 5 hours later I receive an email saying that both orders had s... read more

I just received my shag rugs in ivory color and one of the packages had a hole in it, leaving the carpet exposed. When I unrolled it, there was a piece of clear plastic tape inside that snagged on one of the threads and a long piece of the thread came off. I also noticed one single thread on the outside was in red?? Weird, since it is ivory.Aside from those, it is a great rug so far. I like the size and the way it feels on my feet. Love the color too.

I really do like their rugs and their prices. My problem I have with them is I purchased a rug that was too small for the area and they said that I could return it for a full refund and they would send me a return slip. I never received anything and I contacted them and they said it was in my email and I never received anything there either. They told me when I wanted to return the rug that I would just need to purchased another rug so I did that and now I'm stuck with the old rug and cost of it. So I feel you need to make d... read more
