I recommend using this website when you need an area rug. After checking around to verify this site as much as I could, I purchased 3 inexpensive area rugs for the beach condo from this company. We just received our Persian Bahktiar rug and could not be happier with the experience. We were looking for an uncommon size and had the best selection from this site. Free return shipping madd the decision easy. However the photographs and description was perfect so no need to use that option. It looks great in our study and the price was very fair.
purchased a beautiful rug 7 x 10) from their site for a great price during their black Friday sale. As stated the rig was beautiful, but did not match my décor like I thought it would. I contacted them to see about refunding it and was on hold for about an hour to speak with someone (my only "complaint").
