The ordering and delivery service was very good, even in these days of Covid. Unfortunately, I had to return my small area rug becuase the color was off --too red/rust rather than salmon/orange. That could have been the fault of my computer monitor. Anyway, I emailed the company immediately and they were quick to respond, and send a refund. I will use Rugs.com again because of their wide selection, easy-to-navigate website and exemplary customer service.

I ordered a outdoor rug last month and returned it the day it arrived ( I did not like it). It was refunded with no problems. So, I decided to buy another rug for my living room since returning is so easy but I love the rug! It is a better quality than l expected because the price as so low. It feels good to walk on. I think you should give this company a try. They make buying a rug so easy.

I just purchased my 4th rug and will not purchase a rug anywhere else! Tons of styles and colors, great quality and exceptional customer service. Anyone that says their Customer Service is poor is likely looking to get something for nothing.

Strange to see so many negative reviews. I bought two Persian rugs from them and they were perfect, exactly as described. It has been a while though, hopefully they have not lost their credibility, as I was going to shop for another rug

UPDATE: (TL;DR: The rug and pad were initially sent to the wrong address.) Esalerugs made everything right. They were able to send the chindi rug I ordered to the correct address. It was very similar to the photograph, bright and colorful, and I really like it. The rug pad was sent to the wrong address, which can't be helped - but they sent me another rug pad to the correct address, and didn't charge. It arrived today. They are great getting your rug to you, and I've kept all that I've ordered, however, I've received one that doesn't work for me and I need to return. I can not get through to anyone by phone or emails to get a return slip. I recommend waiting until they get up and running if only shipping out is all they can provide right now.

We ordered this rug the beginning of the week and got it on Friday. Very fast shipping and I could track it through out the shipment. The color is VERY true to what was on the site. We are so happy with this product and it looks great and anchors our living room so nicely!!! We are really pleased with our new rug. As for the shipping wrinkles, I just used a towel and steam ironed over the wrinkles. It worked great and the rug is lying flat

I was unsure buying rugs online but I found three I liked and thought I would give it a chance. I am glad I did! Love my new rugs. They arrived quickly and are in perfect condition. Will definitely buy more from them in the future.
