I'm not sure how people are complaining about the prices as BBQ isn't cheap to make. I got the brisket and ribs combo. Both were over cooked and the brisket lacked any kind of bark. The brisket tasted like canned roast beef and lacked any kind of rub, crust, or flavor. The ribs were fall off the bone but still very fatty. I got their "2 meat combo" that allows you to choose 2 different BBQ meats and 2 sides. I chose their smoked turkey and beef brisket. For my sides I got the coleslaw and green beans w/bacon. I am really happy with the quality of the food provided. The brisket was extremely tender and you could tell that it was slow cooked for a long time. The turkey was the best I have ever had. Yelp says this place has a full bar. It does not. I didn't stay, so I'll mark three stars, but be on notice that this place does not have a full bar like Yelp says it does.

Not fancy, but service was very fast. They offered us a look at the buffet before we ordered. Not very appetizing with some bowls down to the scrapings. After we ordered other items it was replenished. The sides were good with a generous amount but greasy, especially the French fries, like food I remember my Southern relatives serving. Brisket was good. Restaurant was clean. No smiles here, but courteous.

Good "fast food" barbeque. I enjoy the pulled pork with Rudy's sweet BBQ sauce, sweet baked beans, and southern-style potato salad. I've had their catering at events and it is good as well. Rudy's is similar to City Barbeque. I don't understand the negative reviews. Were they expecting Montgomery Inn or something?

Even though I don't eat meat, they have the best side dishes in the entire world. I could eat there everyday and be completely satisfied for the rest of my life!!!

I have been to Rudy's multiple times & my go-to is the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Scalloped Corn & Macaroni & Cheese. The BBQ & sides at Rudy's are great, which keeps me coming back.

We were in our way to Cleveland and had to stop by for a quick late lunch (chips not cutting it) on Thanksgiving day. The Crackel Barrel across the street was packed and had a 45 min waiting time so we ended up here. So glad we did not get seated at CB, this bbq joint is an excellent find. They were having their Thanksgiving buffet for $11.99 and after looking at the spread, we decided to go for it.
